The council and its housing partners use a shared system to manage applications for social housing called the allocation scheme.

When we advertise a property we will state if the property is available now or at a later stage.

You can bid for your assessed property size or choose one that's up to one bedroom and one bed space smaller than your ideal need.

We may use Local Lettings Plans for new build homes to support community stability and address housing needs.

To use the bidding service, you must be over 18 and accepted onto the Tower Hamlets Housing Register.
