When we advertise a property we will state if the property is available now or at a later stage.
Every advert for a property will show one of the following three statuses:
- Available now
- Available in the future - new build
- Maybe available in the future
Available now
The property is currently void (empty) or will be on a pre set date.
Available in the future - new build
The property may not be built yet or is currently being built.
Maybe available in the future
The property is not currently available (there may be major works being carried out).
